Refund Policy

One-time services

• Discovery Call: full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• Audits, feature delivery, MVP sprints, hour packs: refunds depend on work already performed. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded; started delivery work is billed for completed effort.
• Retainer deposits are applied to future invoices and are refundable only if no engagement has started.

Subscriptions

All-Access subscriptions can be canceled anytime in the Stripe Customer Portal. Charges for the current billing period are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or in cases of billing error.
