The biggest thing I have built so far. A multi-tenant operations platform for brick-and-mortar specialty retail that covers the full shop loop, from batch inventory to a weight-aware point of sale. I designed and built all of it myself.

The engineer
I work across the whole stack.
I have spent 9 years building software at startups and scale-ups: micromobility at VOI, marketplaces at Pet Media Group, dark kitchens at Curb Food, and crypto infrastructure at Copper. On the side I build my own products, from a Hyperliquid trading terminal to a full point of sale system.
Working in these different environments has taught me what breaks at scale and what is worth skipping early on. I bring that experience into every project I take on.
